These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Try For Me. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Try For Me Is

Try For Me is a real experience platform. It is not a traditional review or rating application. The platform allows users to request and share real-life experience evidence before making decisions about products, hotels, workplaces, restaurants, universities, cities, neighborhoods, health, events, travel, education, daily life, vehicles, mobility, and other topics.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Share honest, lawful, and respectful content.
• Only upload content they own or have permission to use.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent experiences.
• Not upload fake, misleading, harmful, or manipulated experience evidence.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Prohibited Content and Abusive Users

Try For Me has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users may not post content that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or abuse.
• Sexual, exploitative, violent, dangerous, or illegal content.
• Private information of others without consent.
• Spam, scams, fake experiences, misleading content, or deceptive promotions.
• Copyrighted content without authorization.
• Medical, legal, financial, or safety claims presented as professional advice without proper qualification.

Objectionable content may be filtered, hidden, restricted, or removed. Users who post offending content or engage in abusive behavior may be suspended or removed from the platform.

4. User-Generated Content License

By posting content on Try For Me, you grant Try For Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, analyze, and distribute that content for platform operation, moderation, safety, recommendation, and improvement purposes.

5. Moderation, Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

Try For Me may review, filter, restrict, remove, or hide content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines. Users can report objectionable content and can block abusive users from inside the app.

Blocking a user removes that user's content from the blocking user's view and creates a moderation report for Try For Me. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend, terminate, or remove users who violate these rules.

6. Rewards and Points

Try For Me may offer points, badges, reputation scores, verification indicators, or future reward systems. These features do not represent guaranteed monetary value unless explicitly stated.

7. Verification

Verification indicators such as email verified, phone verified, purchase verified, hotel guest verified, vehicle owner verified, student verified, or employment verified may help users evaluate credibility. Verification does not guarantee that every statement is complete, accurate, or risk-free.

8. No Guarantee

Try For Me does not guarantee that user experiences are always accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation. Users should make independent decisions.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse reporting systems, or attempt to manipulate platform trust.
