Community Guidelines

Try For Me exists to help people see real experiences before making decisions. These guidelines protect trust, safety, and authenticity.

1. Be Real

Share only experiences you genuinely had or can honestly demonstrate. Do not create fake, staged, misleading, or manipulated content.

2. Show Evidence Responsibly

Photos, videos, voice, and text should help answer the request clearly. Do not upload content that exposes private information, confidential areas, or people who did not consent.

3. Respect Others

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks.
• No hate speech or discriminatory language.
• No humiliating, mocking, or targeted abuse.

4. No Spam or Manipulation

• No repeated low-quality responses.
• No fake accounts to increase trust score or helpful votes.
• No undisclosed advertising or paid promotion.
• No misleading product, workplace, hotel, school, or service claims.

5. Safety First

Do not encourage dangerous behavior, illegal activity, self-harm, violence, or unsafe product usage. Health-related content should be shared carefully and should not replace professional advice.

6. Privacy

Do not share someone else's phone number, address, email, license plate, ID, private messages, workplace documents, medical data, or personal images without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Only upload photos, videos, audio, or text that you created or have the right to use.

8. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report content that appears fake, abusive, unsafe, illegal, objectionable, or misleading. Users can also block abusive users from inside the app.

Blocking a user removes that user's content from your view and also sends a moderation signal to Try For Me for review.

9. Moderation Review and Enforcement

Try For Me reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior within 24 hours. Reported content may be filtered, hidden, restricted, or removed.

Violations may result in content removal, reduced trust score, feature limits, suspension, account termination, or removal from the platform.
